Client Critiques
This is one of a number of devices I have bought for a range of modestly sized security systems. I find the images for the duration of daylight to be exceptional for the application (access and egress points) and the nighttime IR works surprisingly properly. I would commend these to a buyer who requires 'bang for the buck', has some modest exterior application problems (wind, salt air, rain). Would recommend a dome for snow/icy conditions.
Effortless to install, works from the moment it is plugged in, with no hitches, difficulties, or problems. The components are sturdy and I count on to use more of these devices in the future. The 420 TVL deliver excellent facial recognition, the color is great, but the night capabilities are specially really good for the number of IR LEDs.
I agree with Greg in Nashville. Every little thing appears just also vibrant peachey for me to believe that a lot of these evaluations are written by business reps. When I do like the camera... , the resolution is rather fine (not fantastic) throughout the day, the night vision is not that superior. Also, I don't know how these men and women are recording with this camera (motion or otherwise). I tried it on two several systems including my new Zmodo 8- Channel DVR and can not record with it. I can take nevertheless shots but once again, can not record. Other than that...., it's a nice little camera for the price tag. Don't forget many people...., you get what you spend for....... :-)
